Such a great mental reframe on injuries here, Sam. I had a knee injury a few years back that prevented me from running. It eventually led me down the path of discovering Knees Over Toes. Because of that discovery, I've been running for years without injury and have much more resilient joints, reducing my risk of future injury. Great post!
